The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past

You stand on the upper ledge. On the south wall a door leads outside to the balcony. North of that doorway is the stairs leading down from the ledges. The ledge follows the west side before turning right with a bridge connecting it to another ledge on the northeast corner of the room. There is a doorway there, too.
