As the three of you enter the store, Taylor and Mandy start arguing over a fancy guitar in the back, whilst you sneak around to the till.
As you fumble with the buttons on the register, a loud alarm sounds through the many various speakers in the store alerting all store personnel.
Drat! Who would have thought that a music store would have a widely connected sound system, and a means to protect their wares!?
One of the store reps taps a secret pedal, causing a jolt of electricity to zap through the register.
You make it out with only 2nd degree burns, and will be unable to play guitar for 6 months. Josh had also left to go to the timmies drive-thru, almost immediately after you entered the store, as well.
