You smile as Chris is looking down at you.
He feels so close, you couldn’t help but blush.
Chris simply says, “be careful there, Ally,”
You nod as he lets you go slowly.
There is a moment of awkwardness, then he asks, “so where are you headed?”
“To the dining room,” you reply, “I’m famished.”
He smiles and gestures for you to walk down the stairs.
He walks alongside you and states he’s going out to a party.
As you are both at the double doors to exit, he bids you farewell, as he gets back into his car.
