They install petabytes of files into the spaceship and put 100 frozen people with it. They attach a second part to the spaceship extending it even further. They put an advanced AI better than the original one. They make comfortable places for the passangers and activate the locked radation-resistant rooms. Planet probes are installed to check planets to see if they are livable planets or not. The spaceship has put a wide range of edible fungi plants that will last them for millennium. And timed freezing chambers for the non-freezed passangers that have electricity pulses to wake them up for long distant journeys. And put a space warper that will make space "push" the spacecraft foward. They even installed long range rockets to shoot down small comets that may hit the spacecraft. The last addition they had was a seemingly endless water source. It was made by giving water fungi like characteristics, therefore the water *splits* into more water. This spacecraft is now locked and loaded.
