While out on a call you drive past a farmhouse belonging to one of your boss’ best clients.
Next to the house is a small paddock containing almost no pasture and three adult horses in very poor body condition (i.e. emaciated, with a body condition score of 1/5). You return to your practice and describe to your boss what you have seen.
