You will not lose hope, and you are determined to find a way out of this room. You try to force the door open, but it is firmly locked. There is another door in the room that leads to the basement. In the basement, you check for exits. There are none. You head back up and see a glare in a window. You hadn’t even realized this window because of how dark it has been outside. You try opening it, and to your surprise, it is not even locked. You crawl through the window, and surreptitiously walk through the lawn. You reach the street and start running to your car. You get in and wait until daytime. The sun comes out and you ask a passing car for help. It brings you to your home. You have escaped.
