Feigning scandalized horror, Lizzie gasps, "Are you implying that I could be swayed by such a sordid rag?"
"Implying? Certainly not," Charlotte repeats. "Saying outright? Yes, and I am saying its yours if you entice dear Mr. Darcy to dance."
Laughing, delighted, Lizzie replies:
