Tisha decides to head straight to work! Since she completed CAD training during high school she is quickly able to secure an entry level job with a slightly higher pay rate. She works full time at $18 an hour with benefits. 2 years have passed and Tisha has worked up to $22 an hour and has seniority in her company. However, as many of her friends are going into their junior year of college she starts to think about returning to school.
