Upon hearing her name, she turns around. When she sees you she smiles and waves you over.
"Hello! This is Ron," She points to the ginger kid, "And this is Harry." She points to the black haired kid. He smiles and waves a little.
You settle into the boat and soon after you get in, the ride begins.
You float across the lake, holding the lamp for your boat.

Arriving at the castle, you and your fellow first years are gathered outside a huge set of oak doors. A woman named McGonagall tells you to wait there until she comes back. Once she leaves, the blonde boy and his apparent cronies you saw earlier in the boats approach Harry.
The blonde boy wears a smirk on his face, his grey eyes cold.
He walks up and insults Ron and Hermione, calling Ron names and making fun of his family, and accusing Hermione of being a mudblood.
