July MSQ: The Great Hunt
It's a fair day in Kugane as the party approaches their target, the fair lady Wlveva. She greets the party happily
"Hail and well met, Stars. Here to take on that hunt we had set up for you? Ask, and Clan Centurio shall answer! We've got a particularly nasty bugger running around these very docks, something of a shape-shifting voidsent that likes to take on the appearance of other people.Someone requested we post up a mark for it, and Clan Centurio isn't one to turn down a challenge!"
DM Notes: Here's some information people can gather that Wlveva knows if the party asks:
-The creature can possess anyone, and does its best to mimic them. However, it is not familiar with Kugane customs, so the locals have been able to pick up on it easily. So it's been favoring possessing tourists.
-There have been reports from the bath house that people have been acting funny.
-If anyone asks where the request came from, they'll say that the person didn't leave a name, but it came from a mysterious Xaela with four horns.
-Make up any other info on the spot, but that's all she knows about the creature.
