The aircraft carrier

You eventually plow into some large island and you realize, after almost a full day of groggy piloting, that nobody noticed 'your' boats departure except for a few guards who stormed the room. They hold you at gunpoint and march you out onto the ground of the landmass. Then, a long groan and the ship begins to take on water from the damage of whatever you hit. The ground, you realize, is just ice, and you're on a small icy island in the middle of absolutely nowhere... Whoops.
