The Sword of the Northwest

You walk into the room through an oak door in the castle. An elf is sitting in the shadows. He asks you if you want to take lessons. You say yes. Another elf walks in and stands right in front of you. In front of you is a tall elf, his head seven feet off the ground. He hands you a wooden sword. Then he simply says, "Attack me."
