I lead Crispus to the Jolly John and ask for the captain. The captain appears and tells Crispus to get below out of sight where he will be safe. He can help load the cargo there. I do not like the look of the captain, but his words are consistent with an intent to help Crispus. We can always go back and try one of the other ships. Or maybe I should continue my time travels and trust the captain. I want to see France.
