One Way Out
You turned around and sprinted down the hallway towards the nearest classroom. It a good 20 feet away and you felt a small pain at the base of your spine. You didn't risk turning but instead used your hands to feel your back. It felt like a pen. Then, another pain and your legs didn't work anymore. You collapsed instantly on the ground.
You tried to get up but could only prop yourself up, you couldn't even move your legs. You turned back and saw Angeline walking towards you, with Amelia right behind. "Who knew acupuncture could work?" she said and grabbed your right leg. Amelia grabbed the other one and the two of them dragged you down A Hall. They left you in the middle of the hallway and left.
You removed the what appears to be an Exacto knife from your leg. You slowly dragged yourself down the hallway to a safe location but John seemed to phase out of the wall.
"What happened?" he said nonchalantly.
"Angeline broke my leg," you replied.
"Hmm... and where is she?" he asked you.
"Down at the end of B hall," you pointed in her direction.
"Cool, thanks," he said and left you.
"Um, are you going to help me?" you said before he left.
"Yeah sure," he walked over to you and held out his hand. You grabbed it and felt your body be flinged by John and hit the wall.
"A cripple's useless," he said and he picked up the Exacto knife from the ground and you saw it come at your eye.
