You clap the bug between your hands,

"Sweetie are you okay why is your hand bleeding......CRAIG GO GET THE FIRST AID IT!"
Your dad comes back with the first aid kit. He takes out the metal slowly, you keep your screams in when he cleans it. He wraps it up a couple of times until you can't see your hand.
