Fizzymagic's Big Adventure

Several seconds later, Fizzy is *still* plummeting! "Holy cow," he thinks, "this is a really deep mineshaft!" Fizzy wonders what terminal velocity would be for a vehicle this size, does some quick mental calculations, and estimates it would probably be around 136mph, given that the nose of the car is pointed straight down. Fizzy thinks that he has probably already reached this speed. Surely, the end must be near -- unless it's actually a bottomless pit?

If only he could see in this unending darkness!
