Hero Or Villain
There are different ranks of heroes and villains.
d rank villains- these are just basic criminals, and are generally going to be abit stronger than the average person.
c rank villains- these villains can pose a threat to the local environment, and will be very hard to catch for normal justice forces such as the police.
b rank villains - these villains are beyond what a normal police force can handle now the heroes will have to fight these guys their the same strong as the average hero who graduated from an academy.
A rank villains - these are very strong villains it will take a squad of heroes to beat one of these.
s rank villains- these are the strongest of the strongest even the strongest of heroes might not come out unscathed vs these guys. Their are only three known's ranked villains in the world 1 of which is detained while the other 2 roam free. These are calamity level villains.
