The Wild, Wild West
You decided to fight. You thought running away would just tire you out even more and weaken your ability to fight back. You were terrified. Your heart felt like it was going to beat out of your chest. You didn’t know if you could fight all 5 of them off single-handedly. You took out your revolver and point it directly at Randy, the leader of the stampede. You hit his leg, feeling relieved. You were so caught up in the spur of the moment that you had almost forgotten about the four remaining cowboys. There was no way you could possibly fight them off alone. You heard an ear splitting pain. A small silver object was flying through the air. It seemed so surreal as everything slowed down. You felt a sharp pain in your temple. You had been shot. You fell off your horse and went limp. Everything went dark and quiet. You were dead.
