You decide to wait the two months to go on the plane, because it is cheaper and takes less time. You decide to take Copa Airlines, an airline from the country of Panama. The plane will leave from Miami. Then the plane will arrive at Panama City two and a half hours later. Then you take a plane from Panama City to Buenos Aires. You arrive to Buenos Aires without an accident. You walk out to the streets, and you realize the city is 2.5 times bigger than NYC. You try to decide what hotel you are going to stay in. There are two choices: a luxury hotel at the bottom floor, and a three star hotel but on the top floor. You also have to remember that Buenos Aires is very near to a fault line, so consider the location of your floor. What hotel do you choose?
