Doors and More Doors
The light explodes and you see nothing but darkness. You feel a water-like substance all around you, sloshing against your skin. It burns, but there is no pain. You feel nothing except heat. You reach your hands out and feel around the space you're in. Your fingers touch the rounded edge of the almost liquid space you've found yourself in. You notice it's a sphere. All of a sudden, you make the realization that you're not breathing. You are drowning.
