Shrinking Around your Family
It seemed like such a good idea; go to meeting with a few scientists, take whatever drug they want you to take, and walk away with $50,000 at the end of the month, seemed like a no-brainer to make some quick cash. Unfortunately, that's what happens when you don't ask what it is your taking; you get fed a pill that'll make you slowly grow smaller and smaller.
"You will gradually shrink over the next month, after which you will be brought back so we can study the results, and see how it will effect you, both physically and mentally."
You could tell, since it seemed to have already started; before you started, the scientist you spoke to only came up to your chin, but now she was staring at your nose. It did make your afraid on how small you could actually get, but there was no way of knowing.
"Also for your transport, we have contacted a member of your family, and they will take you home; we don't know if this drug could have an effect on your ability to drive, so they will handle watching over you and making sure you are okay.
Then the door opened, and the woman taking me home appeared though, looking slightly taller than I remembered.
That woman turned out to be...
