It never ends

Your clothes get drenched the moment you step out of shelter. The rain is really coming down hard. It pours down your forehead and into your eyes, making your vision blurry. All you can hear is the sound of water rushing past your ears and onto the ground.

Squinting through the downpour, you can see a blur of bright light. There's also a neon blue blur to the left of it.

It's really, really hard to see.
