You scream in anger so loudly everybody else in the pizzeria dies. You die as well as the building begins to collapse.
Later when the paramedics are investigating the building they find only 1 survivor. Carl. You love Carl's service so much that the sheer power of your will was able to save him from death. However this actually turns out to be a bad thing as the government declares Carl a witch and authorizes the first with burning since the very early 1,900s, causing the world to begin to return to it's more savage past. Over time burning and killing and pillaging becomes ever more commonplace as society devolves back into savagery, losing years of technological progress every month. Years from now, the Cavemen living in the 3,500s tell tales of peace and grandeur, though nobody believes them anymore. The only story that remains that anybody believes to be true is that of the monster who killed the world with a single scream. You are that monster.
