He tells you that while you were in the dome, America greatly advanced its technologies and took many penguin strongholds; the last one America took over was the dome you are in, which Obama recently took over. Now, your only job is to storm the only remaining penguin-stronghold. Once you take all their supplies, he says, they will have no way to transfer bread and weapons to their space-port, and the war against the evil penguins will be almost over.
