Long Distance

Background:
You and your partner have been long-distance dating for a couple months now; you're in college in California, while they're in college in New York. The long distance has definitely had an impact on the smoothness of communication between you two, but have been sticking out for the first couple of months with no major problems. To prove that you and your partner have been in a successful long-distance relationship, the two of you are constantly posting pictures on Instagram always ending it with #ldr and a purple heart emoji.

On this particular night you both have gotten into a huge argument over text about you noticing that your partner has posted less about you on their social media pages and you're now worried about the satisfaction and happiness levels your partner feels within the relationship. Keep in mind that it is 11pm where you are, and 2am where they are. You also have an exam you haven't studied hard enough for yet, and realize you need to get going on that soon. Do you make both of you stay up and resolve the issue, or do you focus on studying for that exam?
