Notice Me Elf-Pai!

Nag inches up to the plant, slowly, carefully. Then, she proceeds to quickly pick it. She expects the worst, but nothing happens. She tucks the plant in her sarong, and begins her journey back.

The trip back is less climactic. She is able to make good time ahead of the twigs, knowing now how they work, and the fairies haven't returned.

Now she's back at the pond. She needs to get back to the other side. She figures she can climb the branches and swing across again. Holding the plant in her teeth, she gets to the vine and swings across. Mid way, however, the vine lowers as though the branch it's connected to has slightly snapped, and Nag stops, knowing if she were to jump she'd fall short of the branch.

Nag can attempt to quickly swing back and forth to build enough momentum to get across, or she can climb up before doing so, which would keep her in the "danger zone" for longer, but would give her better odds at success.
