Work Creeps

You then realize you are hearing your boss's phone ringing. This makes you relax and you go find him to ask him what he is up to. You find your boss frantically shuffling through papers, in the back, you ask him what he is doing and he tells you that the restaurant has gone bankrupt. He tells you that he can no longer keep you as an employee and you have to leave. He pays you in cash for the last couple of days of your work and asks you to lock up the door and leave. He seems as if he has spent some time sitting at the bar and you ask if he needs a ride. He refuses and gets very frustrated that you haven't left yet. You grab all your items and leave, very upset at the fact that you just lost your job. You are upset at how abrasive he was with you and thought that you deserve better treatment for all you have done. You are frustrated but brush it off and just leave. Sucks that you lost your job!
