Your friend finally pulls up in their black car. You open up the passenger door and sit down. Music is faintly playing in the background and you want to turn it up but then your friend starts talking.
"Have you heard the news?"
You try and think of all of the news stories that you've read on your phone, but nothing really comes to mind. Instead, you focus on the song that is playing and turn it up. You can't resist a good song.
The song finishes just as you pull up to the restaurant. Talk about good timing. The two of you get out of the vehicle and open up the black door, the warm air hitting you as you enter the restaurant. You walk over to an empty table and sit down. You always order the same time, but you think that you might order something different this time.
