The Lonesome Adventurer

You stay with you friend, he brings you food, water, and bandages. He heals you up and then takes you to a room. You ask "Where are we going?" He doesn't reply back. You keep following him until you come to a room with a radio and TV's. He says "Alright I am going to call the coast guard to come pick us up but it will take about a week for them to get here. You hear footsteps in the back and ask is there anyone here? He replies back saying "no why?" I hear footsteps behind us. Do you go toward the footsteps with your friend or stay in the room with your friend.
