Wow! you really impressed your boss with your visual rhetoric, she thinks your designs are awesome and can really visualize how it will look instead of a partially completed project alone.

She's still disappointed that it wasn't finished, and wished you reached out to other teams that were doing similar things. You got a small promotion to a new pay grade, keep trying!
