Minotaurs of Mars

You hold the card in your hand. The beeping gets louder and louder, and hotter and hotter by the second and you eventually feel like giving up and dropping the card but to your shock what can only be described as a tangible laser beam shoots out of the card. The laser makes a quick turn by your house and rushes into the neighborhood and out of sight. It is in that very moment that you feel the card meld to your flesh and let out a scream of pure terror. It is also in that very moment that you look at the other houses in the neighborhood and see other laser beams shoot out into the night followed by screams of terror from presumably the other kids. You feel a tugging sensation on the other side of the laser and suddenly you fall to your feet as you feel yourself being pulled out into the snowy street.
