Gold Rush Choose Your Own Adventure

You arrive in San Francisco by ship and you are ready to buy supplies. You are going around town looking at the supplies. You think about what you will need. “Let’s see, a gold mining pan, shovel, boots, and a pickaxe.” As you go looking for supplies and buying them, you find a wagon that is available and going to the goldfields. You take your supplies and ride the wagon. When you are halfway to the goldfields, your driver announced that a huge rain storm is coming. You find a shelter under a tree next to the stream. You happen to glance into the river and something catches your eye. Your heart skips a beat as you realize it’s a big shiny yellow rock. You dash into the river during the rainstorm and pick it up. When you see closely, you see it is a enormous gold nugget! You have struck it rich!
