Just Like Magic
You wake up, head pounding, everything's hazy. The room is dark, you can hardly see anything, and the headache isn't helping either.
You stumble out of your bed, practically knocking over your bedside table as you do so. The table falls on it's side with a thud; you were sure woke up the people below you.
You walk forward blindly, and instead of holding your hands out to feel your way around, they're clutching your throbbing head, which wasn't the best choice. You've knocked yourself in the head by walking into your bookcase.
You mutter a few curse words, feeling your way to the wall, and flicking the light on. The brightness blinds you temporarily, causing you to hiss.
Sighing, you make your way to the mirror to make sure there wasn't a cut or a bruise from your little bump.
Luckily, there's no injury.
