In desperation, you call out a wry derro standing at the corner. It walks over to you, taking it's time. The orc has a hand over your throat slowly choking the life out of you, when the derro comes up behind you and slices the orc's throat. He then says "Hello. There is a drow wanting to talk with you." Should you go?
