The Siege of Evil

Great the mage was quick enough to turn and face the attacker and blind him. Sadly the flash also blinded you. When you recover you find the attacker had blindly charged into the mage. You manage to kill him with his sword still stuck inside the mage. Without the mage the battle becomes even more dire. Night falls and you question if the battle can be won. You could try to flee covered by darkness, or stay and fight as you are honor bound to do.
