A diagram of a zombie appears onscreen. It looks a lot like a human except the vital organs (heart, brain, lungs) are notably different. Other than being oddly shaped, however, they see the same overall.
"Assuming the cause of the zombie apocalypse was some kind of disease, it takes effect almost immediately. Within minutes, the memory is swept blank and the victim becomes a zombie, motivated only by primal instinct. The best way to defeat a zombie is usually to outrun it, because zombies are not very fast. However, they have a tendency to be very strong and can easily overpower you at short range. Some people are born with an ability to influence zombies using telekinetic abilities. The cause of this is unknown."
