The World After: Chapter One
You wait for what it seems like...forever.
A single cough comes from the mouth of Juliet. Then another and another. Her eyes shoot open.
"Daddy? What is happening to me?" She asks me.
"I don't don't honey...everything will be okay," I tell her. She looks at her shoulder and beings to screech. As I try to calm her down, she looks at me dead in the eye.
"You were awful to mom. Awful to me. If this is the last thing you hear. I want you to know that you failed your own little girl," she quivers.
You look at her. Knowing everything you did was awful.
Juliet passes out again and begins to shake. You go over to her and shake her. "JULIET! WAKE UP!"
She stops shaking. She is as dead as a door nail. Except...he eyes shoot open and she rises to her feet. She slowly starts walking slowly at you.
"Juliet? Where are you? Where is my girl?" You start to cry. Tears fall from your eyes and blood falls from hers. Within a second, your own daughter was on top of you and began to feast.
