Revolutions can influence the government in a forceful manner, where a group of people will refuse to cooperate unless their demand is met, which usually causes a large political change. In other cases, the revolt is ignored and new laws are likely opposed to stop it from happening again. During the French revolution, the political landscape totally changed when the King was executed, and the monarchy became no more, due to the heeded peasant riots and storms.
