The Punisher

You stay in your city, Hells kitchen, You find the same problem as always but now their is some crime vigilante but he doesn't actually do the job. He doesn't have the balls to do what needs to be done. You know only one thing you can do now. Get your gun and go out to stop this. You go out to the local drug store just to start, You are surprised that no one really cares that you have three guns on you but then you realize in this city everyone needs protection, in one way or another. You burst in the door and see three people doing drugs in the back. What do you do?
