You decided it's best not to have breakfast first quickly saying good-bye to your mum and head off.
When you arrive at Professor Oak's lab you are the first to arrive.
Slowly the other nine who were becoming trainers arrive, first Byron, then Garth, Krystal, Larry, Jessica, Akiko, Astrid, Kimberlee (Kim) and then finally Andy.
"Now that' you're all here it's time for you to get your Pokémon. Here are the 10 Pokémon donated for you today. We have Diglett, Shellder, Koffing, Kabuto, Bulbasaur, Rattata, Cubone, Lickitung, Zubat and Pinsir"
"I'll take-" Garth says quickly before being cut off by Professor Oak.
"Now, now. Y/N arrived first so he gets to choose first. Y/N who would you like?"
