Just an Ordinary Day in the Life of an Ordinary Girl

The two of you take the opportunity to use the bathroom in case there's not gonna be one for a long time.
Together with your purchases you leave the shop, ready to drive on for a while. You think it's probably a good idea to check out Elmrow, in case that is where Thomas is supposed to be and he didn't get the name right.

It's now completely light outside. The sky is blue, the sun makes you feel happy, as it does always, and you feel comfortable again in the presence of this stranger.
You watch him, fascinated, careful not to stare at him when he sees it. The sunlight now permits you to have a better look at him. With his dark neatly combed hair, his dark eyes, maybe some shade of blue or grey, his long caramel coat and shiny brown shoes underneath it, he looks like he stepped right out of the 19th century. Very handsome, you have to admit.

Thomas now looks your way. His eyes are so intriguing. You feel them penetrate your soul whenever he looks you in the eyes, but at the same time they bring out some strange feeling of familiarity in you.

You quickly avert your eyes when you realize you're still staring at him, and focus them on your car keys.
