Her wrists are likewise bound behind her back, and her knees are tied together as well. A cloth gag covers her mouth to complete the picture.
It's pretty clear that she's not simply taking her situation in stride, as she grunts between her screams as she tries to struggle to escape with a look of furious determination on her face.
