Surviving a zombie apocalypse

You pick up a handful of them and start stabbing zombies between the eyes like a pro, killing them in one hit. You did so with the other zombies, until you arrive at the fat zombie, who is last in line. It tries to lunge towards you but its fat belly knocked you over and toppled the zombie on you. It tries to bite you. Is there a knife in its belly?
