The power works like this. The user stops time for however long they want. Durimg this time they can do whatever they want. But whatever sort of physical activity they do while time is stopped is exerted on their body when they allow time to resume. Any injuries substained before time is stopped is still there while time is stopped but it dosnt become any worse. So if a person is bleeding out and they stop time, the wound would stop bleeding and then resume when they let time resume. Following me so far?
