Yesterday

You have a pleasant conversation with your wife. You swap news about your days - nothing particular has happened to either of you, but its really nice to hear her voice.

The pinger goes saying that your food is ready, so you finish the call and go and eat.

The lasagne is fine. It will be better the next day, as your cooking always seems to benefit from a day or so of standing around.

Now what to do? You realised last night at Orchestra that you have left your bassoon reeds at Shirley's house so you should really go over to hers to pick them up. But then there are the Christmas cards to do and the last posting day is tomorrow. Or you could live a little and explore the night life of town.
