The Star of Egypt

"Thank you, Arthur." You smile at the old man. "You've been a great help."

"Of course, dear." He smiles back before picking up his rag and returning to the rocking chair. "If you need anything-"

"I'll let you know," you answer. As you turn to leave, you notice something out of the corner of your eye. It's a leather satchel. You step towards it and begin to look it over.

"Like it?" Arthur asks, noticing your interest in the case.

"It's certainly eye-catching," you joke.

"Well, it's all yours - free of charge!" Arthur winks.

"Oh, Arthur! You don't have to-"

"Nonsense!" Arthur returns to his rocking chair. "Take it with you. My treat." You smile and pick the bag up.

"Good-bye, Arthur," you say as you walk out the door.

"So long, Mrs. Knight."

You walk out of the antique shop and into the North End of town.
