You look around into the eyes of your men and you can tell that you have lost their respect. You let out a heavy sigh and look back to the Spartan talking to you. "Very well i will step down from my postion. You are to tak over for me." This turns out to be a fatal mistake as the Spartan has no leadership skills and gets you all killed...Sparta is doomed!
