Hall of Infinite Doors

You enter the Bone Door. To your dismay, those aren't plastic mold replicas as you had hoped. But you don't have all that much time to think about this fact, because you find yourself in a classroom.

"Alright, class, today's topic deals with the seemingly impossible." The professor's voice seems calm and relaxing, and his piercing blue eyes seem to sparkle with kindness.

"Consider this table," he says, tapping it with his fist. You look down at it long enough to recognize that, yes, that sure is a table, before you redirect your eyes back to the professor. He's just so captivating...

"Let's say I remove a molecule from this table. Follow me?" You nod in agreement. "Now let's say I remove another molecule. It's still a table, right." You nod again. This makes so much sense! "Now let's say I keep removing molecules, time and time again. When will it stop being a table?"

You wake up a bit inside, as though you had been dozing off. That question reminds you of something that dragon muttered. What was it? Oh yeah, "An object is no longer that when it cannot serve its function." So, that would mean...

"I'd say it ceases to be a table when it falls over!" you yell.

The professor glares at you, as the class chuckles a bit. It's an odd chuckle though...almost as if they were half asleep...
