School Day

You decide not to try to impress her--at all. That's what all the other boys do. You decide that she will become more interested in you the less she knows about you. So you go up to her and say "hi."

"Hi," says Jennifer, turning around and smiling.

You smile back and introduce yourself to the rest of the group, Becky, Michelle and Tracy. They all excuse themselves and walk away smirking.

"I didn't mean to chase off your friends," you say.

"That's okay," replied Jennifer, "was there something you wanted?"
