Hall of Infinite Doors

You suddenly find yourself in scrubs performing surgery upon an unconcious woman. The nurses and other doctors are looking upon you and you hold a bloody scaple in your hand... you pause for a moment and one of the doctors says, "You need to make the incision along the duodenem."
